​​理赔程序 How to claim

Steps：

1. Call the Emergency Assistance company to report the claim.  Assistance representatives are available 24/7, offering a variety of multilingual services. In the event of an emergency hospitalization, call the emergency assistance company within 24 hours.

2. During your claim, be sure to keep all of the original bills and receipts.

3. Submit your completed claims forms, along with your original bills, receipts and other requested documentation to our claims team for assessment. (You have to notify the insurance company in writing within 30 days, and submit all original documents within 90 days of your first visit to the physician)

4. Waiting for a decision by the claim examiner.

   • If the claim is approved, the payment will be made to the insured named on the policy.

   • If the claim is denied, a denial letter will be sent to you explaining the reason.

理赔步骤：

1. 致电给承保公司汇报理赔。承保公司会提供24小时全天候用包括中文在内的各种语言来处理您理赔的请求。紧急事故住院状况下，需在24小时内通知承保公司进行处理。

2. 在治疗和就医过程中需要保存所有原始账单与证明文件等。

3. 把所有的原始收据，相关文件，与理赔申请表一同寄给承保公司。（提醒，理赔申请需要在就诊30天内通知保险公司，90天内递交相关文件）

4. 等待承保公司的理赔评估

   • 如理赔申请被接受后，承保公司会将赔款发放给受保人。

   • 如理赔申请被拒绝，承保公司会致信详细解释拒绝原因。
