在加拿大，各省份的汽车保险都会有所不同。目前，BC省的汽车保险由ICBC统一管理。
BC省汽车保险分为必须购买的基本险（Basic Coverage)，以及选择购买的选择险（Optional Coverage).根据每位投保人的情况不同，（主驾驶和其他驾驶员的本地驾龄，事故记录，还有年龄和所持驾照级别等）投保的价格也都不太一样，具体价格需要根据ICBC进行评测。
In Canada, auto insurance varies from province to province. At present, the auto insurance in BC province is managed uniformly by ICBC.

Enhanced Accident Benefits help you with medical costs, wage loss and more. This benefits will provide 90 per cent of your net income, up to a maximum of $100,000 gross annual income. If your gross earnings are more than $100,000 per year, Income Top-Up coverage（链接到下方） is available

Basic Vehicle Damage Coverage事故车辆理赔险
Up to $200,000 of Basic Vehicle Damage coverage covers repairs when the other driver is responsible. If you are responsible for a crash, your Optional Collision coverage（链接到下方） will pay for the repairs to your vehicle.
如果事故是由对方造成，事故车辆理赔险可以提供$200,000的赔偿额，来维修您的事故车辆。如果您是责任方，您可以购买额外的事故保险（链接到下方）。

Your Basic insurance includes $200,000 in Third Party Liability (TPL) coverage. If you want to increase the amount of coverage you may want to consider Extended Third Party Liability coverage（链接到下方） , an optional Autoplan product.
如果您是事故责任方，对方司机受伤或者车辆遭损坏, 第三方责任险将替您赔偿对方的费用，最高额度为$200,000。如果您希望额度更高，可以选择提高第三方责任险的保额（链接到下方） 。

If other driver doesn’t have enough insurance to pay for your claim, Underinsured Motorist Protection (UMP) covers you and members of your household for claims of up to $1 million per insured person.
如果事故是由对方造成，并且对方的保险赔偿额无法完全支付您的理赔金额， Underinsured Motorist Protection （UMP)可以为您和您的家人，每人提供最高$1,000,000的赔偿额度
Protection where local laws can affect your claim 保护您被恶意起诉
Inverse liability protection covers you in parts of Canada or the U.S. where local laws don't let you claim against the person who caused your crash.
